MMV Sola:

MMVSola is a free, user-friendly PK and dose predication tool. It uses state-of-the-art mathematical modelling to consolidate data from different preclinical experiments, seamlessly translating the results into predictions of (i) clinical pharmacokinetics (in malaria as well as other diseases) and (ii) antimalarial dose. The tool can be used to gather actionable insights early in the drug development process, saving crucial time and resources.
